1st batch of run discolored.

Wondering if anyone has experienced this.... our crew has been experiencing dis-colorization of the first batch of our runs. After the first batch, all the other batches match nicely. It usually appears darker than the rest and you can see a distinct difference when it is on the ground.

Not sure what is causing it, we do the mix exactly the same and we have been making sure that the batch is mixed as long as the other batches.
The mixer is cleaned out very well and the mix extrudes as well as the others, but it seems darker. After the first batch, no problems.

We haven't seen this before, but this year it's happened at least 6 times.
Any suggestion?
